Platform Disclosure

The technology system that stores your reentry plan, documents your progress, and connects you to Co-Builders is called Reentry OS™. It is owned by Legacy Impact Holdings, LLC. IRC uses this technology under a license.

Your record belongs to you.

Under Section 7.2 of the platform agreement, you have the right to access, request a copy of, and request deletion of your personal data. IRC will never sell your information.

IRC operates Reentry OS™ under an arm's-length license from Legacy Impact Holdings, LLC. The license agreement is reviewed and approved by IRC's Board of Directors. This relationship is disclosed in IRC's annual Form 990 and available for funder review upon request.

All 207 PIRL data fields and longitudinal tracking capabilities are built into Reentry OS™ as a licensed feature, not a manual add-on. Grant applications may reference IRC's licensed use of Reentry OS™ as qualifying infrastructure.

Co-Builders access Reentry OS™ through IRC's licensed rights. Your coalition membership agreement with IRC governs your data access, contribution obligations, and usage scope. You do not hold a direct license from Legacy Impact Holdings, LLC.

Data governance under Section 7.2 applies to all participant records accessible through your Co-Builder portal. You may not export, re-share, or use participant data outside the terms of your MOU with IRC.
