Mark brings over 35 years of expertise in workforce solutions and entrepreneurship to Indiana Reentry Corporation as a Founding Board Member. As Founder and CEO of TalentLogistiX, he has employed over 60,000 individuals, demonstrating his ability to create job opportunities at scale. His experience as a Hamilton County Councilman has honed his skills in fiscal oversight and public service. Mark's dedication to community service, evident through his co-founding of Feeding Team, aligns with IRC's mission. His expertise in workforce development, strategic planning, and community engagement will be invaluable in advancing IRC's goals of supporting individuals reentering society and creating pathways to sustainable employment.
John L. Gannon, Ph.D.
Director of Mental Health & ReEntry Programs
Dr. John L. Gannon, a licensed forensic, correctional, and clinical psychologist, brings valuable experience in mental health and social justice to the Indiana Reentry Corporation (IRC). His work with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and as Executive Director of the Global Justice Resource Center has given him extensive knowledge of correctional systems and global reentry challenges. Dr. Gannon's expertise in behavioral change and mental health programs for correctional populations will be crucial for designing effective reentry initiatives. His international experience positions him to guide IRC's growth and implement best practices, ultimately helping IRC become a leader in reentry services.
Rich Jackson
Director of Technology & Innovation
Rich Jackson brings extensive experience as a senior information technology executive to the Indiana Reentry Corporation (IRC) board. With a proven track record in operations management and information security, his expertise will be invaluable in guiding IRC's technological initiatives. Currently a Partner at Fortium Partners and previously Chief Information Officer at IntelyCare, Rich excels in collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
